    Principal Lawyer

    Jim brings decades of legal and commercial experience to Assure Lawyers, providing clients with practical, considered advice tailored to their individual circumstances.     With extensive experience across property, conveyancing, wills and estates, probate, commercial matters and asset protection, Jim has advised individuals, families and businesses through everything from everyday transactions to complex legal and financial matters.

    As Principal of Assure Lawyers, Jim believes good legal advice should be technically sound, practical and easy to understand. He places particular importance on personal service, taking the time to understand what matters to each client and providing clear advice, practical solutions and experienced representation from people they know and trust.

    Jocelyn Tannous

    Practice Manager

    Jocelyn is the Practice Manager at Assure Lawyers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and helping ensure clients receive a professional, responsive and well-organised experience from their first contact through to the completion of their matter.

    Working closely with Jim and the broader legal team, Jocelyn coordinates people, processes and priorities across the practice. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail help keep matters progressing efficiently, while maintaining clear communication between clients, solicitors and other parties.

    Approachable, focused and highly organised, Jocelyn is committed to creating an environment where both clients and the legal team feel supported. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to the role, with an emphasis on client service, efficient delivery and ensuring every matter receives the care and attention it deserves.
